Our residency includes:
Comfortable accommodation (shared room or cottage, based on your selection)
3 wholesome vegetarian meals per day
Access to common workspaces and gathering areas
High-speed internet (suitable for remote work) in the workspaces
Access to nature zones and outdoor creative spaces
Community circles and sharing sessions
Basic housekeeping support for long stays
Morning wellness practices (yoga / meditation, when scheduled)
The residency primarily offers space, people, and ecosystem access. Strategic discussions, incubation / project support, or deeper engagement within the IMark ecosystem may be available upon request and alignment.
No rigid structure.
We encourage participation in community circles and wellness sessions, but your creative process remains self-directed.
This is your time to build.
Your residency fee includes:
- Accommodation (as per selected category)
- 3 vegetarian meals per day
- Access to common workspaces and common community areas
- Participation in regular community gatherings and wellness sessions
There are no hidden fees.
However, the following services are optional and may involve additional charges if requested:
- Additional meals / snacks beyond the standard three per day
- Room upgrades (subject to availability)
- Use of specialized facilities such as recording studios
- Private rooms for meetings or mini conference space
- Transportation services (airport transfers or local travel)
- Personal project production expenses
- Personalized Coaching / Consulting
Personalized wellness programs such as Ayurveda therapies / Sound Healing etc - Assisted laundry services (self-service options are available)
